Our Process

FREE 15 MINUTE ADVISER CALL

This is an opportunity for you to get answers to any burning questions you may have and for us to get a high level picture of your financial situation, and see if it's worthwhile booking in a 1 hour Wealth Potential meeting which is at no cost to you.


If we do book in a Wealth Potential Meeting, all we ask is that if you have a spouse, you both attend this meeting together, and bring your Superannuation details along (everything else we talk about you will probably know, however, we find that most people do not know the details of their Super funds).


After you've booked in your Wealth Potential Meeting you'll receive a couple of videos to your email explaining our first meeting process and investment philosophy so you know what to expect and there are no surprises.

WEALTH POTENTIAL MEETING

This is a 1 hour meeting conducted either face to face or over zoom where we learn more about you, who and what's important to you, get a clear picture of where you are now, plan where you want to be, and then model some potential financial and investment strategies to get you there live in the meeting. 


This meeting is packed full of value and even if you do not proceed from here you will leave with a much clearer picture of where you are now, where you are heading, and what you can do to improve your situation.


From here, if we are a good fit, we will give you a total cost estimate, and if you would like to proceed to the next Strategy Confirmation Meeting in 2 weeks time, we will prepare a Strategy Paper, at a cost of $495 via direct debit or credit card paid upfront. 


After this meeting, if you proceed, you will also receive a series of short General Advice videos to your email including Your Super Options, Your Property Options, and Protecting Your Family to increase your financial literacy so you can make better decisions at your Strategy Confirmation Meeting.

STRATEGY CONFIRMATION MEETING

We will present a Strategy Paper confirming the previous financial and investment strategies are suitable for you after conducting thorough research on your existing financial situation and make adjustments where needed. Once the strategies are confirmed and you are happy to procced we will go away and prepare the formal Statement of Advice (SOA) which usually takes about 2 weeks to prepare.

Note: No financial products are recommended at this meeting.

ADVICE & IMPLEMENTATION MEETING

We provide highly detailed, personal Advice in the form of a Statement of Advice (SOA), and when you are ready, you will sign the paperwork and we will implement everything for you. The cost of this Advice and it's implementation will depend on the value and complexity of your financial world: 


1. Pathway to Wealth

Everyday families who have made good progress on their mortgage and are ready to invest for financial freedom in 15-20 years:

from $1,980 to $4,950


2. Retire in Style

Self-funded pre/retirees who have have paid off their mortgage (or close), have $1M+ of investable assets and want a clear plan to make their money last for a long, comfortable, stress-free retirement:

from $3,980 to $5,940 


Costs can usually be deducted from Superannuation and/or Investment accounts if appropriate to ease cash flow pressure. 


Note: We never have, and never will accept any commissions from Superannuation or Investment products. These types of old products have not been in production since 2012 as part of Future of Financial Advice (FOFA) reforms. 


In fact, we get access to wholesale products that can substantially reduce the costs of accessing and maintaining many investments and offer superior functionality which enable us to offer a five star service to you at exceptional value. 

ONGOING CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Once our advice is implemented we offer ongoing services which include, but are not limited to;


  • Financial 'Hotline' to your Adviser throughout the year
  • Monitoring of your portfolio and recommending adjustments when needed
  • Annual Review (or when needed) of goals, strategies, investments and actions to keep you on track and make changes as your life evolves
  • Monthly financial emails including important alerts that may affect you
  • Administrative support from our team (so you never have to sit on hold or talk to someone in a call centre from an Industry Super fund you does not know you, or your financial goals, ever again)


Our annual service costs will depend on the value and complexity of your financial world:

2. Retire in Style

from $3,980 to $11,880  


 Costs are usually paid in monthly instalments and deducted from superannuation and investments. There are no lock-in contracts, in fact, we require you to opt-in to our service every year on 1 July.

We do not charge our ongoing service clients in 6 minute intervals when they contact us like some accounting firms do. You will never receive a surprise invoice from us. We encourage all our ongoing service clients to contact us throughout the year so we can get to know them better and help them more.
